The contract for execution of the project was signed on 4th of November 2014 and its duration was 18 months. This project aimed to drawing up tailor-made interventions in companies according to their specific realities and challenges, it aims to design tools specifically geared towards the promotion of gender equality in decision-making\/leadership positions.
