Break Even – Gender equality in companies
Promotion of gender equality in decision-making positions and elimination of the gender pay gap in companies: from the diagnosis to action promoted by School of Economics and Management-University of Lisbon (ISEG), with a maximum grant amount: €203.958 (project grant rate of 100%). The contract for execution of the project was signed on 4th of November 2014 and its duration was 18 months. This project aimed to drawing up tailor-made interventions in companies according to their specific realities and challenges, it aims to design tools specifically geared towards the promotion of gender equality in decision-making/leadership positions. The project partner entities were the Centre of Gender Research of the University of Oslo, Norway, Centre for Studies for Social Intervention (CESIS) and Interdisciplinary Centre for Gender Studies/School of Social and Political Sciences, University of Lisbon (CIEG/ISCSP-UL).
